HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS COMPLETED A PAYMENT?

ARE PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH YOU SECURE?

ABSOLUTELY! All payments are processed through secure banking networks and authorized by the FCA.

 

WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR FUNDS MADE VIA OPEN BANKING?

At the end of each day. Funds received are deposited via the Faster Payment Service at 8.30pm every day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

ARE PAYMENTS MADE VIA YOUR SOFTWARE GUARANTEED?

As long as the payment status for the transaction is showing as “PAID”, then the funds have been cleared and guaranteed.

 

WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR FUNDS MADE VIA A CARD PAYMENT?

That depends on how you receive your funds for card payments currently. Whether you receive your funds from your Merchant Services provider the next day or in 3 days, this will be when you also receive card funds processed via our pay by link service, that doesn’t change.

 

WE DON’T CURRENTLY PROCESS CARD PAYMENTS. CAN WE STILL USE YOUR CARD PAY BY LINK SERVICE? You will need to have a Merchant Service Provider to process card payments in this way. If you do not currently have a Merchant Service Provider, then we can assist with this.

 

WE PROCESS CARD PAYMENTS WITHIN OUR BUSINESS, WHAT DO WE NEED TO USE THE CARD PAY BY LINK SERVICE?

You will need to have a new Merchant ID setup, specifically for E-commerce, which we can connect to.

 

HOW MANY USERS CAN WE HAVE ON YOUR SYSTEM?

As many as you like. There are no limits.

 

WE HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS WITHIN OUR BUSINESS. CAN WE SET UP USERS BY LOCATION?

100%. Our software enables users to be set up via location, region, or department and can have as big or a little access to the system as you require.

 

DOES IT MATTER WHO WE BANK OR PROCESS OUR CARD PAYMENTS WITH TO USE YOUR PRODUCT?

No. Our product is completely agnostic.

 

DO YOU STORE OR SHARE ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS PAYMENT DETAILS?

Never. Payment information is between your customer and their bank. We do not see or store any payment information.

 

IS YOUR PRODUCT PCI COMPLIANT?

Yes. We do not store or share any data sensitive information about your customer or their payment details. In fact, if you are currently taking payments from your customers over the phone, then our product can help remove the PCI compliance issues around this. Users never see card or banking information.
